About Us
Troop 420 is chartered by the Madison West Lions Club. Meetings are held on Mondays during the school year, 7:15 to 8:30 PM, in the cafeteria at Velma Hamilton Middle School, 4801 Waukesha Street, Madison, WI 53705
Troop 420 has been actively chartered for more than 50 years and is a diverse Troop with about 30 Scouts. Troop 420 actively pursues the ideals of Scouting via character, development and leadership. There is ample opportunity for Scouts to attend various outings from weekends to a week long summer camp as well as High Adventure to Philmont Scout Reservation, Northern Tier, Sea Base and other camping adventures. Scouts in the troop attend Madison West, Madison Memorial, Middleton and Edgewood High Schools.

Heath Forms Required for Camp Phillips
Please remember that your health forms must be updated annually to be able to attend Camp Phillips this summer.

Troop 420 Scouting for food
We had a very successful Scouting for Food collection for our community partner-Lussier Community Center Food Pantry.
The total collection in food was 159 collected bags for a total of 1194 pounds of food.
